The Federal government needs to hit the gym. The workforce is changing. Agencies must be efficient. Productive. Agile. Responsive. The President is clear on telework. The Federal government must no longer trail, but lead by example in the Flexibility Revolution.

The Administration set a goal to increase its telework strength by 50 percent by end of FY 2011. How will your agency meet this goal? The workforce is demanding flexibility. Are you competitive? The forecast calls for snow. How will your agency remain operational and efficient?

Hit the weights, Uncle Sam. It's time to flex your telework muscle.

Telework Exchange will host its 8th Town Hall Meeting on October 7, 2010 at the Ronald Reagan Building. It takes training and nutrition to build strength. Themed "Flex Your Telework Muscle," the all-day event will explore the government's best in telework performance, management, and technology. Join your fellow peers to learn how to meet the telework demands and build a sustainable program.
